Through land acquisitions in San Antonio and New Braunfels, the homebuilder added 471 home sites at two communities to its offerings.

Millican Grove: 

  • Century Communities is anticipating a late fall opening for this new community in San Antonio, delivering 387 single-family homes. 
  • Millican Grove is loca​ted near Randolph Air Force Base and has easy access to I-10.

Solms Preserve: 

  • This community will deliver 84 single-family homes in New Braunfels late summer 2018. 
  • Like Millican Grove, homes will range in size from 1,200 to 2,400 sf and include three to five bedrooms and two to four bathrooms. 

The homebuilder ranked 26th nationally in Fortune's Fastest Growing Companies list in 2017.

​​Westmount at Copper Mill is a garden-style multifamily community located at 15910 FM-529.HOUSTON – Westmount Realty Capital LLC purchased Copper Mill, a garden-style multifamily community located at 15910 FM 529 in the rapidly growing Northwest submarket. 

The company will rebrand the 177,250-sf community as Westmount at Copper Mill.

The community has access to the Greater Houston metro area and a large number of employers via major thoroughfares including I-10, Hwy. 6, Hwy. 290 and the Sam Houston Tollway. 

The property is currently 98 percent occupied according to Michael Anderson, managing director of acquisitions for Westmount.

However, the rate for those rooms declined by 1.4 percent.

New data from Source Strategies Inc.’s Hotel Brand Report show that more than 1,300 hotel rooms were added to the market’s inventory in third quarter 2017. 

Overall revenue for the three-month period grew less than 1 percent to $337.9 million. 

San Antonio trailed the Dallas, Houston and Austin metro areas in total hotel revenue for the quarter. Each of those other Texas markets saw a greater increase in revenue from the same quarter a year ago.
