The fitness center will occupy 27,587 sf by fourth quarter 2018.

This lease brings the occupancy rate of the 205,224-sf shopping center to 98 percent.

Other notable tenants include Conn’s HomePlus, Altitude Trampoline Park and Lumber Liquidators.

WALLER, HARRIS COUNTY – Daikin Industries Ltd.'s new 4.1 million-sf facility plans to grow to about 7,000 employees by 2020 from the current 4,900 employees on its campus. 

The facility is located on 90 acres near US Hwy. 290, three miles west of Texas SH 99. 

Daikin opened its $417 million campus in 2017 and has invested more than $500 million into it.

The new campus is one of the largest and most technologically advanced HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) manufacturing facilities in the country.​

The 87,900-sf facility will be located on 40 acres at the site of the city’s old airport and will represent the largest commercial venture in the city for quite some time.​​​
